At Trudy's Hallmark, we stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return causes your original order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Important Notes:
- All sales are final on blind bag items, sale items, and food products.
- Returns on seasonal items are accepted up to 5 days before the holiday. After the holiday, seasonal items are final sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments after December 24.
